Description

You will join a bench of legal professionals to support global clients in banking and financial services, primarily negotiating ISDA Master agreements and related documents. This role offers flexibility to work remotely or on-site with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience with derivatives documentation and negotiation
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate ISDA agreements
• Solid knowledge of ISDA negotiation principles and practices
• Exposure to financial services preferred but not essential
