You'll assist with apartment turnover operations for The Scion Group, performing maintenance tasks and cleaning duties to ensure smooth move-out and move-in experiences. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction during this critical period.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties like painting and drywall repairs
• Assist with apartment inspections and document unit conditions
• Clean grounds and remove trash and debris
• Provide general administrative support in the office

📋 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older by date of start
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset

• Previous maintenance or property management experience
• Experience with power washing or painting
• Availability for 4-8 weeks of temporary work
