🎯 What You'll Do
- Engage with members across phone, email, text, and other channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Base Power's products.
- Track and prioritize member interactions using tools.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to improve processes.
📋 Requirements
- Graduation year between 2025-2026.
- Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and clarity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
