🎯 What You'll Do

  • Engage with members across phone, email, text, and other channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Base Power's products.
  • Track and prioritize member interactions using tools.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to improve processes.

📋 Requirements

  • Graduation year between 2025-2026.
  • Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and clarity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
