You'll support individuals with disabilities in developing independence through community and home-based services. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon hours and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. No experience required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships in one-on-one settings
• Support client hobbies and activities like Special Olympics
• Help clients achieve independence goals (budgeting, socializing, etc.)
• Ensure client safety in home and community

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Passion for working with individuals with disabilities
• Patience and empathy
