You'll join a top AmLaw 100 healthcare practice handling transactional and regulatory matters for a busy national client base. You'll provide strategic counsel on Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance while working directly with partners and clients. This role offers direct exposure to private equity transactions in a collegial, supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle healthcare transactional and regulatory matters
• Advise clients on Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance
• Draft and negotiate healthcare transaction documents
• Work directly with partners and clients on active cases

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience
• Working knowledge of Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute
• Strong academic record and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Tennessee bar membership or eligibility to waive in
