You'll support and engage Kiva's Alumni and Ambassador communities, communicating with supporters globally. You'll help grow these new programs through events, recruitment, and process improvements. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience in community management at a leading global nonprofit.

• Engage community members in Slack and coordinate recognition efforts
• Research recruitment resources and screen Ambassador applications
• Draft motivational messaging and plan cross-functional events
• Analyze surveys and propose process efficiency improvements
