💼 About This Role

You'll own the product strategy for the Automations pod, building agentic workflows that handle healthcare advocacy case work end-to-end. Your core impact will be transforming complex manual processes into scalable, intelligent automations that save users time and reduce cost to serve. You'll work with a top-tier team backed by $17M in funding from investors like Hugging Face and Oscar Health.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy, KPIs and roadmap for the Automations pod
• Translate complex workflows into agentic product experiences
• Partner with Engineering, Design, SMEs and Ops to deliver automation opportunities
• Derive actionable user insights from quantitative and qualitative data

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management in technical environments
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineering
• Proven interest working with automation or agentic workflow products
• Comfort operating in 0→1, fast-moving, ambiguous environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or regulated domains
• Early-stage startup experience (Series B or earlier)
• Background in AI/intelligent workflow products
