Description

You will design seasonal sweater collections from concept through production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure fit, quality, and design intent. You'll manage yarn sourcing, technical sketches, and factory communication to deliver products aligned with brand aesthetic and market trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sweater design with hands-on technical design experience
• Strong knowledge of sweater construction, knitting techniques, yarns, and gauges
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems
• Experience working directly with international factories
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal sweater collections aligned with brand aesthetic, customer, and market trends
• Create original sweater concepts including silhouettes, stitch patterns, and colorways
• Develop detailed technical sketches and design packages, launching knitdowns
• Organize yarn library and color cards
• Collaborate with Merchandising, PD, and Technical Design to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity
