You'll provide second-level techno-functional support for Coupa's procurement platform, troubleshooting integration challenges and API issues. You'll be the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring high-impact issues are resolved promptly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide second-level techno-functional support for Coupa's product suite.
• Handle escalations and update stakeholders per SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot integration, workflow, and API issues.
• Contribute to knowledge base with articles and FAQs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise-level technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and basic networking.
• Experience with SQL, XML/HTML, and REST APIs.
• Excellent documentation skills and ticketing system experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with procurement or financial processes.
• Experience with Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
