💼 About This Role

You'll own financial operations and build the FP&A function at Doctronic, the first AI legally authorized to practice medicine. You'll run the numbers hands-on, from monthly close to Series B/C preparation, providing insights that enable smart decision-making as we scale. This role reports directly to the CEO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage monthly close process and cash management
• Build comprehensive budget vs. actuals reporting
• Create board financial packages for company performance
• Prepare financial materials for Series B/C fundraising

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of finance experience in high-growth startups
• Strong hands-on financial modeling skills
• Experience creating and presenting board-level financial reporting
• Familiarity with SaaS/subscription and transactional revenue models

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare industry finance experience
• Experience supporting companies through multiple fundraising rounds
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification
