💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in creating the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions, and close register.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, and fixtures.
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
