💼 About This Role

You'll handle corporate and M&A legal matters for a leading Brazilian financial institution, including contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and partnership negotiations. Your work will directly support the XP Inc. distribution network and offshore operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate B2B distribution network contracts
• Monitor contractual and regulatory matters with CVM, B3, BACEN
• Handle offshore contractual demands for XP Group (US)
• Manage M&A agreements, shareholder agreements, and debt instruments

📋 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English
• Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration
• Prior experience with corporate and contractual demands
• Availability to work in office 3x per week in São Paulo
