🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily workflow and pivot when unexpected events occur
• Assign shift roles and adapt as needed with clarity
• Lead shift transitions, team huddles, and end-of-day wrap-ups
• Coordinate breaks, assist with conflict resolution, and model calm under pressure

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary assistant role
• Strong grasp of clinical workflow and team dynamics
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg on own and support up to 40 kg with assistance

✨ Nice to Have

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) or enrolled in VEG Credentialing Support Program
• Experience in emergency or specialty medicine
• Leadership instincts and an ownership mindset
