Description

As a Staff IT Operations Engineer at Coupang, you will plan and operate IT services, manage IT infrastructure and endpoint devices, and drive continuous improvement to ensure stable user support. You'll collaborate across teams and lead projects in a hyper-connected, high-tech environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in IT device operations, configuration, and asset management
• Experience supporting Windows/MacBook, endpoint/MDM security, Active Directory, wired/wireless networks, servers/storage
• Knowledge and experience in Incident and Problem Management
• Cross-functional project experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate IT services, continuously improve processes for stable user support
• Manage IT infrastructure and endpoint devices (PC, PDA, printer, VC, network equipment)
• Perform IT site services and deployments for business and IT projects
• Manage IT assets, ensure compliance and accuracy through regular reporting
• Monitor KPIs and drive technology innovation for improved performance and productivity
