• Design and maintain robust Node & React (Next.js) code for high-traffic platform
• Own features from whiteboard to production, including proposals and architecture
• Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to transparent feedback culture

📋 Requirements

• Expert TypeScript/JS skills with deep knowledge of Node/React (Next.js)
• Strong backend fundamentals: PostgreSQL/Supabase, clean code, and testing
• Architectural mindset to weigh implementation time, security, and maintenance
• Problem solver who evaluates multiple solutions and picks the best path forward
