You'll lead expansion of Ceribell's hospital customer base in the Pacific Northwest, driving adoption of novel EEG technology for acute care. You'll manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve strategic objectives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement strategies to introduce new products to existing customers.
• Drive expansion and upgrades within hospital customer install base.
• Collaborate with team to ensure successful new account launches.
• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout their journey.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of recent medical sales experience.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Proven ability to engage with multiple key stakeholders including physicians and hospital management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Critical care, startup, or clinical experience as an RN.
• Experience with hospital-wide committee membership.
• Start-up or disruptive technology experience.
