💼 About This Role

You'll join a multi-disciplinary hospice team providing palliative care to clients in their homes. You'll manage a caseload, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with physicians. This role offers one-on-one training and career advancement opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to hospice clients in designated territories
• Administer medications, wound care, and comfort care
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to management
• Perform client assessments and document doctors' orders

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in New Jersey
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Ability to travel to client locations
• Basic computer skills
