You'll serve as a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer on a project team dedicated to lithium ion and lithium metal battery assembly. You will design and implement tools and processes to manufacture new products, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and lead changes to improve product quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement tools and processes for lithium battery assembly
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve product quality
• Develop process parameters for heat sealing, laser welding, and winding
• Train technicians and troubleshoot assembly issues

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years minimum experience in manufacturing environment
• Tool design proficiency (SolidWorks preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with laser welding
• Experience with machining equipment operation
• Process parameter development experience
