🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage OKR program schedules, templates, dashboards, and documentation.
• Build and maintain tracking systems in Smartsheet and Jira for objectives.
• Coordinate goal-setting sessions and consolidate submissions.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards for leadership review.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in operations or project coordination.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience managing processes with consistent follow-up.
• Experience with OKR administration is a strong plus.
