💼 About This Role

You'll oversee credit strategy and investor communications across Upgrade's consumer lending platform, including personal loans, home improvement, auto, credit cards, and BNPL. You'll translate complex credit dynamics into compelling narratives for investors and senior leadership. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of credit risk and structured finance within a top fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and communicate credit trends across multi-product platform.
• Track portfolio-level returns and drive root-cause analysis on performance trends.
• Serve as independent reviewer of credit policy changes and assess impacts.
• Partner with Credit team to develop investor-grade performance reporting.
• Build relationships with investors and rating agencies as technical resource.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, etc.)
• 8+ years in consumer credit analysis, capital markets, or structured finance
• Deep familiarity with consumer lending economics (credit loss, prepayment, vintage)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R

• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience with Tableau or equivalent BI tool
• Experience developing investor-level or board-level reporting
