Description

You will drive government revenue growth for Rocket Lab's launch services by capturing new business, managing key accounts, and leading proposal development. This role involves executing strategies for Electron and Neutron launch vehicles, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business (Lead: 5+ years, Manager: 8+ years aerospace experience)
  • U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance
  • Familiarity with proposal development and business capture
  • Understanding of global government space markets
  • Ability to travel up to 60% domestic and international

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute proposal plans including RFP analysis and compliance matrices
  • Execute US Government Launch Services strategy, business development and sales
  • Support proposal development and coordinate mission performance requirements
  • Identify and capture new US Government customer accounts
  • Maintain government satellite and launch market analysis for leadership
