Description

You will lead probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) model development and safety studies for advanced reactors and SMRs in Europe, collaborating with global nuclear experts to deliver innovative solutions in safety, reliability, and risk management. The role also includes commercial involvement, client interaction, and contributing to the growth of technical offerings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
• At least 15 years of post-graduation experience in nuclear safety, particularly PSA
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global matrix organization
• Commercial acumen to contribute to proposals, pricing, and strategy

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver probabilistic safety models and related nuclear safety studies
• Participate in nuclear safety assessments, feasibility studies, and licensing/regulatory support
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across Europe to ensure high-quality delivery
• Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and technical input for bids
• Participate in client meetings, reviews, and technical discussions
