💼 About This Role

You'll lead large-scale solar and storage projects from groundbreaking through commissioning, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and deliverables. You'll drive financial clarity and cross-functional collaboration with Development, Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams. This role offers fully flexible remote work with in-person team gatherings four times a year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and report on project budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Oversee schedules across contractors and internal teams
• Coordinate with utilities, grid operators, and on-site team
• Manage consultant agreements and ensure deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in solar and/or battery storage construction
• 2-3 years direct leadership on projects from construction start to substantial completion
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, Bluebeam, Slack

• Familiarity with construction site safety standards
• Experience with EPC contract management
