🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance conversational chat bot solutions for NICE Proactive AI Agent
• Write, test, and deliver high-quality JavaScript code
• Mitigate and resolve code errors for development and future concepts
• Perform system analysis and project management duties

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building NLP/LLM or Generative AI solutions
• 3+ years software development with JavaScript, Python, or Java
• 5+ years JavaScript experience
• Experience with DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia

✨ Nice to Have

• Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) experience
• NICE CXone and CXone Studio experience
• Mentoring abilities and team collaboration
