🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Learning Management System (Litmos) including content and user access
• Design e-learnings, live training, job aids, and documentation
• Coordinate virtual and remote employee experience events
• Track enablement program participation and report on metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Learning Development or Enablement
• Experience creating enablement materials (e-learnings, live training)
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline)
• Background in instructional design or adult learning principles
• Prior experience in a high-growth technology company
