Description

You will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within an Inspection Reconditioning Center, planning production and managing facilities to meet targets. You'll identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and execute action plans with the site leadership team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates
• Proven ability to solve operational challenges through root cause analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift
• Manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets
• Identify bottlenecks affecting site throughput and efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis, develop action plans, and execute with leadership
• Conduct weekly site performance reviews and guide daily manager huddles
