Description

You will oversee HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial building, ensuring efficient operation and performing preventive maintenance. You'll supervise contractors, respond to emergency calls, and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years HVAC maintenance experience with emphasis on preventive maintenance
• High school education or equivalent
• Universal Refrigeration Certification
• Strong electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

• Monitor operating condition and control parameters of HVAC and mechanical equipment
• Promote energy efficiency for building operations
• Supervise maintenance contractors (chiller, emergency generator, water treatment)
• Perform unscheduled maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs
• Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain records on all building equipment
