Description

You will design, build, and own integrations between enterprise SaaS systems, identity platforms, and data services, working cross-functionally to automate workflows, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency at a high-growth virtual clinic.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience building integrations or automation in enterprise environments
• Deep experience with Workato or other integration/automation platforms like Snaplogic or Boomi
• Deep experience with Okta or other Identity and Access Management products
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems integration best practices
• Experience with automation platforms like BetterCloud or Zapier is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between enterprise SaaS systems, internal tools, identity platforms, and data services
• Develop and own workflows, automation, and orchestration logic for user lifecycle management, access provisioning, data synchronization
• Evaluate integration approaches (API, event-driven, middleware, ETL/ELT) and select appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering teams to define technical requirements and validate solution designs
• Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies, driving root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
