You'll manage a book of premier enterprise health system clients, focusing on growing executive relationships and account growth. You'll work with clinical and executive stakeholders to articulate the value of Xealth and drive measurable clinical or operational goals. This role is key to making Xealth part of their digital health strategies.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic account management from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with health system peers.
  • Understand clients' digital health strategies and tie Xealth into their programs.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Engineering teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of Healthcare Technology Account Management, Sales, or Consulting with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience introducing, integrating, and scaling technology products and services in enterprise healthcare.
  • Knowledge of EHR/EMR including integration into Epic or Cerner.
  • Understanding of digital health ecosystem (FHIR, HL7, APIs).
