💼 About This Role

You'll lead UX design projects for a top creative agency, crafting experiences for global brands. You'll own the full UX process from research to prototyping, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centered solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run product definition and UX requirements workshops
• Scope and manage qualitative and quantitative research
• Create design artifacts: personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes
• Communicate design rationale and build consensus with stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in UX design, ideally at an agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating best-in-class UX design
• Breadth of experience in e-commerce or complex journeys
• Solid information architecture and interaction design skills
