Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located at cell tower sites. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC components, as well as performing regular maintenance and emergency call-outs. Travel within the region is required.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required)
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and by email
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and comply with OSHA/FCC/FAA/EPA standards

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
