💼 About This Role

You'll serve as an equipment expert and build lasting relationships with construction buyers in your region. You'll manage a book of business and develop new sales strategies to expand EquipmentShare's footprint. This role offers uncapped commission and a company-provided truck or vehicle allowance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Immerse yourself in EquipmentShare and construction equipment brands to serve as an advocate and expert.
• Build solid relationships with construction equipment buyers and prospective clients in your region.
• Manage your book of business and inform customers of new promotions and fulfill their equipment needs.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to grow your business and the company's footprint.

📋 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in B2B sales in construction related industry
• A drive to provide fantastic customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

• Industry knowledge (rental or construction equipment) and experience in B2B sales is preferred
