Requirements

  • Strong project ownership and ability to work through ambiguous problems
  • Analytical skills to understand technical and cost tradeoffs
  • Background in mechanical engineering or related field preferred
  • Experience using AI tools to organize information and improve workflows
  • Clear communication skills and ability to influence across functions

Responsibilities

  • Build and test a should-cost workflow for high-impact module subassemblies
  • Connect should-cost outputs to the cost opportunity tracker
  • Simplify cost update processes across engineering and supply chain
  • Create an AI-assisted review process to spot duplicates, outdated assumptions, and priority areas
