Requirements
- Strong project ownership and ability to work through ambiguous problems
- Analytical skills to understand technical and cost tradeoffs
- Background in mechanical engineering or related field preferred
- Experience using AI tools to organize information and improve workflows
- Clear communication skills and ability to influence across functions
Responsibilities
- Build and test a should-cost workflow for high-impact module subassemblies
- Connect should-cost outputs to the cost opportunity tracker
- Simplify cost update processes across engineering and supply chain
- Create an AI-assisted review process to spot duplicates, outdated assumptions, and priority areas
