You will lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive commercial performance through KPI monitoring, and ensure operational excellence in stock accuracy and health & safety compliance. You'll coach and develop your team, communicate clearly through daily huddles, and use data to plan and forecast resources.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management with capability overseeing back-of-house operations and commercial performance
• Confidence analysing operational and commercial KPIs and taking decisive action
• Excellent organization and time-management skills, balancing planning, forecasting, and daily operations
• High attention to detail ensuring BOH standards and compliance
• Proven leadership experience coaching and motivating teams
