Description

You will lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and the rest on active product development. Your role involves hiring, onboarding, providing continuous feedback, and coaching team members to help them grow. You will also redesign engineering workflows by building agentic and automation systems to deliver outcomes faster.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Track record of shipping secure, reliable, scalable production systems
• Practical experience with agentic/automation workflows
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend)
• Actively participate in product development (70% of time)
• Involved in hiring and onboarding new engineers
• Give continuous constructive feedback and coach team members
• Design agentic workflows end-to-end (spec → plan → execute → verify)
