You'll be the first human point of contact for customers, converting leads into long-term recurring customers. You'll educate customers about Barkbus and drive them through the sales funnel. This role is part of a dynamic and close-knit team working remotely from various locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound leads via calls, texts, and channels
• Build rapport with pet parents and understand their needs
• Schedule appointments and manage rescheduling requests
• Document lead details and call outcomes in CRM

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of inbound or outbound sales experience
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to handle up to 100 calls per day
• Reliable internet connection and computer with headset

• Spanish as a second language
• Experience with CRM tools like Marathon
