You'll drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction at scale within a leading Atlassian consulting firm.

• Define delivery strategy and enforce standards across territory.
• Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Monitor project performance to meet margin and satisfaction targets.
• Manage team of Delivery Managers and support development.

📋 Requirements

• Proven leadership managing complex delivery teams across EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of UK and French markets and fluent in English and French.
• Analytical, structured, with a business-oriented delivery mindset.
