Description

ELEKS is looking for a Senior Information Developer to join our team in Ukraine. You will support a client in integrating its internal systems with the Ukrainian state platform by creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Deep knowledge of software terminology and documentation methodology (DDLC)
• Experience setting up documentation processes and creating templates from scratch
• Proven experience in UX writing
• Advanced level of English

Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and identify documentation needs
• Write technical documentation conforming to publication standards
• Estimate documentation efforts and agree deadlines
• Communicate documentation status and interview subject matter experts
• Create and edit user guides, release notes, system config guides, help systems
