You'll lead a team of Level I & II engineers at a fast-growing MSSP, managing advanced systems and troubleshooting complex networks. Your core impact includes designing Proxmox, Ceph, and SAN solutions while automating tasks with Python and PowerShell. This role offers a hybrid work model with occasional travel to client sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor Level I & II engineers
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Proxmox, Ceph, and SAN
• Oversee firewalls and network switches
• Automate tasks using Python and PowerShell scripting

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a senior IT role
• Expertise in Proxmox and Ceph
• Advanced skills in Active Directory
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell scripting

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications (MCSE, VMware, MS365 Azure)
• Experience with Citrix XenApp, Nerdio, or Azure AVD
