💼 About This Role

You'll own the UX/UI design of a key game area and lead a team of designers. You'll combine product thinking with hands-on design to deliver polished player experiences. This role reports to the Design Manager and offers a chance to shape design processes and standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own UX/UI design for a product area
• Lead and develop a team of UX/UI designers
• Define and improve design processes and standards
• Design complex features hands-on from concept to delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/UI design with games industry experience
• 2+ years managing designers as direct reports
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals and system thinking
• Professional English (C1) and experience in international teams
