You'll configure and operationalize Outreach sales engagement infrastructure for two enterprise business units. You'll establish standardized outbound workflows and reporting dashboards. This contractor role sits within GTM Operations and partners with Sales, Marketing, and IT to build scalable systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and configure Outreach for two enterprise business units
• Establish standardized sequence frameworks and outbound workflows
• Build reporting dashboards and operational visibility into BDR activity
• Define repeatable processes for list ingestion, sequencing, and engagement

📋 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, RevOps, or GTM Operations
• 3+ years of direct hands-on Salesforce experience
• Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring Outreach
• Experience designing outbound sequencing frameworks and engagement workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating as a GTM Engineer or RevOps automation specialist
• Experience with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Surfe
• Experience designing scalable outbound programs for enterprise sales teams
