Description

Lead a team of BIM modelers producing Fire Life Safety and Security Revit models and AutoCAD drawings for global projects across transportation, buildings, and infrastructure sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years industry experience
• Minimum 6 years with Revit and AutoCAD
• 3 years of BIM experience with Navisworks
• Experience in Fire Life Safety, Fire Systems Engineering or Security CAD/Revit/BIM production
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in mechanical modelling (HVAC, Drainage, Fire Protection, Plumbing)

Responsibilities

• Fulfil BIM modelling requirements for large and complex Fire and Life Safety projects
• Allocate work and monitor team performance, coaching as required
• Ensure technical quality and QA/QC processes are strictly adhered to
• Keep abreast of latest developments in BIM, Revit and AutoCAD
• Manage stakeholder presentations
