You'll design and implement Genesys Cloud CX solutions for a digital contact center environment, ensuring performance and scalability. You'll integrate omnichannel platforms with CRM and BI systems using REST APIs. This role combines architecture, technical execution, and stakeholder engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and evolve Genesys Cloud CX architecture for voice and digital channels
  • Configure IVR flows, routing strategies, queues, and campaigns
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, skills, and schedules
  • Integrate Genesys Cloud CX with third-party systems using APIs and web services

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (Voice, Digital, Architect, Admin)
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth
  • Experience in mission-critical 24x7 contact center environments
