Requirements
- Completed vocational training in tourism or comparable degree
- At least 1 year B2B customer service experience
- Good knowledge of Amadeus (rebooking, ticketing, queues, refunds)
- Experience with Zendesk, Slack, or similar tools
- Negotiation-level German and good English skills
Responsibilities
- Handle phone inquiries and flight bookings, including changes and cancellations
- Process flight-specific customer requests via phone and email
- Support customers with tool-related questions
- Perform back-office tasks like booking entries and changes
- Resolve customer issues independently with problem-solving skills
