💼 About This Role

You'll troubleshoot and repair utility-scale solar systems on large solar farms. Your work ensures reliability of inverters, combiner boxes, and power plant equipment. This role offers hands-on technical challenges with a leading asset management company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair utility-scale solar systems, inverters, combiner boxes, and string circuits
• Perform testing: LOTO, IV curve tracing, megger/insulation testing, IR scans
• Assign work, track progress, and keep jobs on schedule
• Enforce safety requirements (OSHA, NFPA 70E) on-site

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of utility-scale solar experience (solar farms / ground-mount systems)
• Experience working on megawatt-scale PV systems (not residential)
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (inverters, DC systems, power electronics)
• Working knowledge of OSHA/NFPA 70E safety standards

• Experience using multimeters, meggers, amp clamps, and testing equipment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
