💼 About This Role

You'll develop and implement individualized intervention plans for autistic children under 6 using a neurodiversity-affirming, NDBI approach. You'll supervise a small team of BTs, collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality care in a clinician-led environment. This role offers small caseloads, dedicated clinical support, and no travel or weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments to identify strengths and areas for growth.
• Create and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Provide evidence-based parent training using a structured curriculum.
• Supervise a team of 5-6 behavior technicians.

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Experience working with young autistic children under age 6
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) experience
• Experience with ESDM, PRT, or JASPER
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care
