💼 About This Role

You'll lead the launch of a new crypto-native payments business built on Bitcoin infrastructure, transforming protocol capabilities into real-world payment products. You'll define the roadmap, validate market opportunities, and build the first product squad from the ground up. This role offers high autonomy with strong technical backing and institutional support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the product portfolio roadmap across multiple payment verticals
• Lead customer discovery, pilot programs, and design partnerships
• Build, structure, and lead a dedicated product and engineering squad
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch

📋 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in payments, remittances, fintech, or crypto
• Proven track record of building or contributing to crypto payment products in production environments
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin and EVM-based ecosystems and their application in financial products
• Experience in product strategy, customer discovery, and building commercial partnerships

• Familiarity with programmable money concepts, agentic payments, or AI-driven financial workflows
• Demonstrated ability to operate in 0→1 or early-stage environments
