💼 About This Role

You'll own risk management for lending products at Meesho, leveraging alternative data to assess creditworthiness. You'll design credit policies and ML models to enable sustainable lending at scale. This role offers a chance to build financial services for India's next billion users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end credit policy design and refinement
• Develop PD, EAD, LGD models in Python
• Automate decisioning processes and portfolio monitoring
• Drive ML model development from feature creation to calibration

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of fin-tech experience in digital unsecured lending
• Expert in PD, EAD, LGD modeling in Python
• Working knowledge of GCP, Vertex AI and cloud functions
• Solid understanding of credit bureau data (CIBIL, Equifax, CRIF)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BRE and policy automation
• Prior team leadership or mentoring experience
