💼 About This Role

You'll define and implement quality management systems for OEM factories producing payment devices. Your work ensures product quality from new product introduction through sustaining for Stripe Terminal hardware. This role offers the chance to collaborate with global Stripe partners in a dynamic environment. Frequent business travel to manufacturing partners in Vietnam and China is required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement quality management in OEM factories.
• Manage IQC, IPQC, and OQC for product quality control.
• Conduct quality system and process audits for CM improvement.
• Lead quality readiness reviews during NPI builds.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in hardware quality assurance
• Knowledge of FATP for POS readers or similar electronics
• Root cause analysis and corrective action skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English
