💼 About This Role

You'll teach high school math to underserved black and brown students in Newark. You'll use data to drive instruction and build strong classroom community through BRICK's iDream values. This role offers a $7500 Hard to Staff Stipend for certified teachers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute network-adopted unit and lesson plans with accommodations.
• Use student data to adjust instruction and inform practice.
• Participate in coaching, observation, and feedback meetings.
• Build strong relationships with students and families through events and home visits.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid teaching license or active pathway to acquire one.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience working with children strongly preferred.
